The fine print.

If we cancel the lesson because surf conditions are unsafe, you will receive a full refund or full credit.

We operate lessons in rain and other weather conditions provided it is safe to do so. Rain alone is not grounds for a refund or credit.

If you'd like to reschedule, we require at least 7 days' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Less than 7 days' notice may result in the lesson being forfeited, with no refund or credit.

If you are booking your own private group lesson we require a 25% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment is required to be paid 7 days prior to the booking. There will be no refunds for cancellation within 7 days. If we have to cancel the lesson we will issue you a total refund.

Private Lesson Packages can only be used for yourself, no transfers, used within a 2 month period.

No refund will be given on early returns.

Security deposit to be held for the duration of the hire — passport, driver's licence, credit card or photo ID.

Management reserves the right to restrict hire due to inclement weather.

All equipment is hired at your own risk. Trading hours are subject to seasonal variations.

All beach & surf equipment must stay at the beach of hire.

Wetsuit hire is $20 with any board hire. Equipment for hire overnight is an additional $50.
