The fine print.

Cancellations on the day of the lesson will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 50% of the deposit is refunded if you cancel 14 days prior to the lesson date.

If we cancel the lesson due to dangerous surf conditions, a full refund will be given. Surf lessons will not be cancelled when it rains — we run surf lessons in all weather conditions providing it is safe to do so, therefore no refunds or credits are given.

If we change the time and you are unable to come to the new lesson time, then we will provide a gift voucher credit towards another lesson at a later date. If that is unsatisfactory we may issue a refund at our discretion.

If you would like to reschedule a lesson you have booked, we need at least 7 days notice. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean you forfeit the cost of that lesson. Under these circumstances there are no refunds, partial or otherwise.

Unfortunately no refunds can be given if, for any reason, you have to leave early while participating in a surf lesson.

If you have booked a surf lesson and/or package, the lesson(s) are not transferable to anyone else.

If you are booking your own private group lesson we require a 25% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment is required to be paid 7 days prior to the booking. There will be no refunds for cancellation within 7 days. If we have to cancel the lesson we will issue you a total refund.

Private Lesson Packages can only be used for yourself, no transfers, used within a 2 month period.

No refund will be given on early returns.

Security deposit to be held for the duration of the hire — passport, driver's licence, credit card or photo ID.

Management reserves the right to restrict hire due to inclement weather.

All equipment is hired at your own risk. Trading hours are subject to seasonal variations.

All beach & surf equipment must stay at the beach of hire.

Wetsuit hire is $20 with any board hire. Equipment for hire overnight is an additional $50.
