PS Surf School/Sea Si-Star Day Retreats

A day to reconnect with you.

Sea Si-Star Day Retreats are for women craving more — more connection, more presence, more joy and more time to simply be. Together we slow down, immerse ourselves in nature and reconnect through surfing, movement, meaningful conversation and sisterhood at the breathtaking One Mile Beach.

What a Sea Si-Star day looks like

Salt, sisterhood, slow days.

Whether it's your very first surf lesson or you're already comfortable in the ocean, this day is about stepping away from the busyness of life, filling your cup and remembering the powerful woman you truly are.

  1. —Welcome Circle & Guided Journalling
  2. —1 hour Beach Yoga
  3. —Morning Tea & Coffee
  4. —1.5 hour Surf Lesson
  5. —1-2 hour afternoon activity - at a local business (different every month!)
  6. —Closing Circle

Our retreats are intentionally kept small to create a beautiful, supportive space where every woman feels seen, supported and connected.

Wellbeing starts from the inside out.

Visit Frequency First

Our Co-Founder, Alyssa, believes that the way we nourish ourselves influences every part of our lives. Just as the ocean has the power to ground us, calm our minds and reconnect us with nature — what we put into our bodies every day matters too.

That's why we're passionate about Frequency First. Through our partnership with Enagic, we share premium Japanese-made water systems that align with our philosophy of putting health, energy and wellbeing first. It's about creating a lifestyle that supports your mind, body and soul — both in and out of the ocean. 🤍
